Sheep Coming Off the Hill

Acrylic on canvas board
Unframed size 30cm x 42cm

I was on the Mendips when it started to snow. The hawthorn trees in front of me stood out against the whirling snow; sheep in the middle distance filed down the hill to find shelter; the Somerset Levels in the distance became indistinct.
